Definitions and Interpretation

1.1. “consent” means any voluntary, specific and informed expression of will in terms of which permission is given by or on behalf of you of the website for the processing of the Information;

1.2 “Myloan Limited” means Myloan Limited Company incorporated in Lesotho.

As the internet is not a secure medium of communication, Myloan Limited cannot guarantee the security of any of the Information you input on Myloan Limited website or send to Myloan Limited via the internet. Myloan Limited is not, and will not be, responsible for any damages you or others may suffer because of the loss of confidentiality of any of the Information.

Law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho and without regard to the conflict of laws principle. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Privacy Policy shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in Lesotho. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Lesotho.

By using Myloan Limited website, or otherwise providing your information to Myloan Limited, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use Myloan Limited website or provide any information to Myloan Limited.
